We ship your goods in a variety of ways, either using our own transport wherever possible or with national couriers including DPD, Yodel, DX, & Parcelforce.

Economy delivery is FREE for orders over £150 (inclusive of VAT) for deliveries within mainland UK (Excluding Scottish Highlands. Orders must be placed before 1pm). The free economy service does not apply to custom size shipping boxes.

If your order total is less than £25 incl VAT, an additional £10 small order handling fee will be applicable to all delivery methods.

We can ship your order to virtually any destination worldwide however you will need to contact us prior to ordering as the shipping charges will vary depending on the size & weight of the goods you wish to order.

Please note we regret we are unable to ship goods to a P.O.Box address. 

Please ensure you select the correct country location when proceeding through the checkout. Failure to do so will delay your order. 

Every effort will be made by us to deliver the goods within the agreed delivery period, but no guarantee of delivery date is implied and we shall not be liable for loss or damage occasioned by any delay in delivery.

Where you fail to accept deliveries in accordance with the terms and conditions of the order, the balance of undelivered goods shall be invoiced to you, the goods being held at your risk and any storage and additional delivery costs will be charged.

 

Delivery Schedule

You must inform us within 14 calendar days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You can request that goods are left at your address if there is no one to sign for them however you must be aware that this is done so entirely at your own risk. We cannot be responsible for goods left without a signature if you have requested us to do so. You can advise us if you wish us to leave your goods (including any other special instructions) at the shop checkout stage. 

Orders are normally packed in protective outers and or wrapped in polythene however this ensures that they are only showerproof at best and will not protect goods for long in the event of persistent rain. 

Your goods are normally shipped with a third party courier such as DPD, Yodel, DX & Parcelforce. The specific courier used will be at our discretion & will depend on factors such as your location, the nature of your order or the delivery service you request. For this reason, we regret we are unable to accept requests for delivery using a specific courier. 

Unless you have specifically instructed us to leave your goods if you are out, no delivery will be made without a signature. Instead, the carrier will put a card through the door to advise that a delivery has been attempted. It is your responsibility to then contact the courier to arrange a mutually convenient time for re-delivery. If the courier is not contacted within 7 days they will return the goods to us. Should you then still require the goods we reserve the right to charge you a further delivery charge to compensate us for the extra costs we will have incurred. This will be the same as the original charge. 

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
