An administration fee of £5 is charged for the arrangement and shipping of the samples, but on receipt of your sample order we will automatically issue you a one-time coupon code which will allow you to redeem this charge in full against your next order.

Please note that where appropriate, samples will be representative of the product rather than the whole product. For example, we would typically send a metre length sample of bubble wrap rather than a full 50 metre roll.

Sample requests can be included as part of a larger order or constitute an order on their own.
