Although we provide samples free of charge, we charge a nominal fee of £5 plus VAT to cover Royal Mail postage, packing, handling & administration (Total £5.88 inc VAT).

This charge will be credited back to you in full when you place your first order with us.

To order samples:

Click on the "Free Samples" product below to add it to your shopping cart.

Proceed to the checkout & select the delivery service you require. Select the "First Class Post (samples only)" delivery option (£0.00) for the standard Royal Mail delivery service which normally takes 3 - 4 days. You can specify other delivery options if you require samples urgently however these are charged at our normal delivery rates over & above the £5.88 Royal Mail postage, packing, handling & administration charge.

Enter your details as requested.

Once you have completed your payment of £5.88 (inc VAT) you will be sent an email confirmation that payment has been successful.

You will then need to email a list of the samples you require to samples@postpack.co.uk ensuring you include the following information;

Your name.
The Order/transaction number from the payment confirmation email(s).
Detailed item description of each product you require.
The quantity you require.

Please note that there is a maximum of 5 samples per request.
