Q. Are the foam lined boxes supplied flat or made-up?
A. As standard, our foam lined boxes are supplied flat, with foam supplied separately. We do offer a service to supply the boxes assembled at an extra cost.

Q. I'm unsure as to which style of foam fittings are supplied. How can I make sure these are suitable for my requirements?
A. As we supply a number of styles of foam lined mailing box, it is always best to request a sample of our stock range before purchase. Please contact our sales team to request a sample of your required carton.

Q. My product measures XXX. Is the size given the internal size of the box or the area inside the foam fitting?
A. The size provided is the internal measurement of the box. This is not inclusive of the foam fitting. To ensure the product will be suitable for your requirements, please request a sample.

Q. I'm looking for a bespoke size/style of foam lined box. Is this a possibility?
A. Yes. We can supply a custom size of carton in a range of styles, colours and grades. Please contact customer services for further details on our bespoke design services.

Q. I have a box already that I would like some foam fittings for. Would you be able to provide these?
A. We can supply various styles and grades of foam fitting, some of which may be available from stock. If we do not have a suitable stock foam fitting, we can provide a quotation for a custom fitting, subject to minimum quantity and a one off tooling charge.
